B. Instagram & Facebook Platform Data

Our Service integrates with the Instagram Graph API and Facebook Graph API. To provide our automation features, we request specific permissions to access data associated with your Instagram Professional account and connected Facebook Page. This data includes:

  • Profile Information: Username, profile picture, name, and account type.
  • Content Data: Media objects (posts), captions, and comments on your media.
  • Interaction Data: Direct messages (DMs) and comment replies, solely for the purpose of automating responses as configured by you.
  • Insights: Basic metrics to provide you with analytics on your automation performance.

Important: We use this data only to provide the automation services you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your Instagram platform data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

D. Payment Information

  • We do not use data obtained from the Platform for surveillance purposes.
  • We do not sell, license, or purchase data obtained from Meta Platform APIs.
